Addendum: amifostine en mesna

• Amifostine wordt o.a. gebruikt om de neutropenie tijdens behandeling met cisplatine en cyclofosfamide te beperken, en ter preventie van monddroogte bij radiotherapie ter hoogte van hoofd en hals, dit zonder veel evidentie.
• Mesna wordt gebruikt om de blaastoxiciteit van cyclofosfamide en ifosfamide tegen te gaan.
